RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before returning an item.

Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, including tracking and insurance. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once the piece is received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs so i can make it right.

By placing an order with Betsey Ervin, you agree to the following terms.

Each piece is handmade and may include natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and surface character. These qualities are part of the work and are not considered defects. Colors may also appear slightly different on various screens.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Betsey Ervin is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Please handle wearable art with care and avoid prolonged exposure to water, extreme heat, chemicals, or excessive force. Some pieces may contain small parts or magnetic closures and are not intended for children. Anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted medical device should consult their healthcare provider before wearing a piece containing magnets.

Returns are governed by the Return policy displayed at checkout.

All artwork, jewelry designs, photographs, and written content are the intellectual property of Betsey Ervin and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Betsey Ervin respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to operate this website, process orders, provide customer service, and communicate with you.

When you place an order or contact the studio, information collected may include your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and order details. Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Paypal; Betsey Ervin does not receive or store your complete credit card number.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers, including Squarespace, payment processors, shipping carriers, and email services-only as necessary to operate the website and fulfill orders. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Personal information is not sold or rented.
